Q: How do I know my size?
Please check out the size guide on the product page to compare to your measurements. You can also view our full Fit & Measuring Guide. If you're still unsure, get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Q: How do I care for my Activewear?
To protect the quality and characteristics of your Activewear, it's best to hand wash it inside out with mild soap and lie flat in the shade to dry. Please avoid rough surfaces such as concrete, as contact may cause pilling. If in doubt, check the washing instructions that came with your item(s).

Q: Where is my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed, followed by a dispatch confirmation with your tracking link.

Q: What's your return policy?
You have 21 days from delivery to return or exchange your item. We don't offer cash refunds for change of mind or wrong size — we offer an exchange or store credit instead. Postage costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty. To start a return, exchange, or faulty item claim, please email us with your order number.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size or product?
For a different size of the same product, follow the process above before returning your item. If you'd like a different product entirely, place a new order and return the original item separately.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You're welcome to return the item instead within 21 days of delivery, at your own cost, provided it's sent back in its original condition.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
New Zealand: orders under $120, $10.00 (incl. GST) — 1–2 business days from dispatch.
Australia: orders under $120, $19.00.
Europe, USA and Canada: orders under $250, $32.00.
International delivery: 4–13 business days via tracked parcel.
We ship to over 30+ countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us to check if we can ship to you or for a shipping quote.
