Within New Zealand, we offer Express Shipping for $10.00, free on orders $120 and up, arriving in 1-2 business days.

For Australia, Standard Shipping is $19.00, free on orders $120 and up, arriving in 5-8 business days.

For Europe, USA and Canada, Standard Shipping is $32.00, free on orders $250 and up, arriving in 10-15 business days.

All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please be mindful that delivery times may vary depending on where you live, and during peak sale periods or public holidays.

Please note: if your order exceeds NZD $1,000 you may incur duties, taxes, or customs charges which you will be responsible for. Orders cannot be returned or rejected due to unpaid customs fees.

How can I check my order and delivery status?

Once you have placed your order online, please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order and send it before you can begin to track your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email, with a link to track your order. You can also track your order here.

I entered my address incorrectly, what can I do?

Please double check your address details before completing your purchase. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, an additional shipping fee will apply to resend it. Our shipping carrier is NZ Post.

If I live outside of New Zealand can I still shop at fashionbrazil.co.nz?

Yes, we ship to over 30+ countries worldwide, including Australia, the UK, Europe, the USA and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us to check if we can ship to you.
